What are credits?
Credits are the "digital currency” used to purchase products, services and experiences on our marketplace and are stored in a secure digital wallet.
How do I get credits?
Credits are purchased by company leaders and then distributed to employees. Each organization has their own "organization balance" for leadership to distribute credits to employees or to use on the marketplace.
Employees can also purchase their own credits to use on the marketplace. This can be done in the "Employee Portal" or during the checkout process.
How often are credits distributed?
Credits can be distributed in variety frequencies to employees including weekly, monthly, quarter, annually or one-off allotments.
Reoccurring credit distributions are called "Stipends" that you can set up in the "Credits Hub" of the "Leadership Portal". You can also set up automated credit distributions for birthdays and work anniversaries for specific employees or your entire team!
